At KEIDA, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Complete the return form.

a) If you notice any damage to your parcel upon delivery, please take photos of the damage in the presence of the courier and refuse to accept the package.

b) If the parcel isn’t damaged but you’d still like to return it, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it—as long as the items remain unopened. Please complete the return form. Keep in mind that returns are only accepted for the entire parcel, and only if all items are in their original, sealed packaging.

Returned products must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original box or packaging. Cosmetic products marked with a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol cannot be returned if they’ve been opened, tested, swatched, or used, as their expiration is based on when the packaging is first opened.

c) On rare occasions, even top brands can have manufacturing issues. If you receive a defective product, please fill out the return form and clearly describe the issue.

2. Email the return form and photos to our customer service.

Send us a scanned copy or a photo of the completed return form, along with any relevant product or parcel photos. These images will help us quickly assess the issue and process your return. Once reviewed, our team will contact you with instructions for securely packing the items for return. Be sure to include the completed return form and a copy of your receipt inside the parcel.

3. Arrange for pickup.

Our courier will collect the parcel from you and handle the return process.

4. Get your refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items (within 14 days), we’ll process your refund. You’ll receive an email confirming the status of your return.
